Full-Time Certification Audit Program Coordinator

• Client on-boarding and schedule audits 6 – 12 months in advance.
• Verify and monitor client expiry dates.
• Schedule re-certification and surveillance audits.
• Create proposals for current customers.
• Set audits up in software programs.
• Send confirmation emails and audit plans.
• Ensure post audit reports and documentation are received on time.
• Issue final reports and certificates to customers.
• Follow up customer service contact after certification.
• Analyze customer data for trends.
• Answer multi-line phone system, provide customer service.
• Keep records of customer interactions.
• Ensure all certification scheme/scope requirements are being met.
• Customer issue resolution and escalation.

• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Attend auditor update meetings.
• Review application and account information.
• Apply good practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Demonstrate and promote the company vision.
• Conduct activities safely.

• Food safety certification scheme requirements.
• Quality management systems.

• BS degree in food related field preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Proficient with Excel.

• Experience with scheduling in the audit and certification industry.
• HACCP Training, PCQI.
