As a Certification Integrity Technical Manager, you will lead the charge in maintaining and enhancing the performance of BRCGS-approved Certification Bodies. Your work will directly contribute to upholding the integrity and consistency of BRCGS audits, which are crucial to ensuring safety and quality across the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve the performance of BRCGS Certification Bodies conducting site audits.
- Use data analysis to drive improvements and ensure certification processes operate at peak performance.
- Collaborate with IT and Technical teams to develop online tools for performance assessments, audit results, complaints management, and product recalls.
- Conduct audits of Certification Body activities to ensure compliance and integrity.
- Manage the complaints and appeals system, and be responsible for recall submissions.
- Assess and verify the root cause analysis and effectiveness of corrective actions taken by Certification Bodies.
- Provide critical certification integrity data to support broader business initiatives and improvements.
About You:
You’re an analytical thinker with at least 5 years of experience in product manufacturing, certification, or standards management. With a degree in food science or a related bioscience, you have hands-on experience with BRCGS or other GFSI-recognized schemes. You’re adept at interpreting complex data and trends, ensuring corrective actions are effective and ensuring smooth performance across global networks.
You have advanced IT skills, especially in Excel and Power BI. You can effectively collaborate with international partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment across various time zones.
