Your Career
As a Channel Systems Engineer, you will provide leadership and technical expertise to partners. You will collaborate with partners, train them, provide pre-sales assistance, and ensure successful integration.
Your Impact
- Serve as the primary technical leader for channel partners.
- Collaborate with focus partners to develop business plans.
- Provide technical pre-sales support, including product presentations and solution architecture design.
- Plan and drive detailed technical training sessions for partners.
- Support channel partners with technical issues.
- Design and deliver customized solutions based on partner and customer needs.
- Stay updated on product roadmaps and industry trends.
- Assist in the development of channel enablement materials.
- Collaborate with product management teams for feedback.
- Maintain records of partner interactions and report progress to management.
Your Experience
- 6+ years in Partner Solution Consulting or a similar technical role.
- Skilled in Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, or SASE.
- Prior channel experience required.
- Experience selling SaaS offerings is preferred.
- Experience in complex sales processes.
- Experience architecting cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with product installations and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
