Your Career as a Channel Systems Engineer involves providing leadership and technical expertise to partners. You will be a technical leader with channel partners, providing technical expertise to support the technical sales and implementation of company products and solutions.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent military experience.
Your Impact:
- Serve as the primary technical leader for channel partners.
- Collaborate with focus partners to develop business plans.
- Provide technical pre-sales support, including product presentations and solution architecture design.
- Plan and drive detailed technical training sessions for partners.
- Support channel partners with technical issues, acting as a liaison between them and technical support teams.
- Design and deliver customized solutions based on partner and customer needs.
- Stay updated on product roadmaps and industry trends.
- Assist in the development of channel enablement materials.
- Collaborate with product management on product improvements.
- Maintain detailed records of partner interactions and report progress to management.
Your Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Partner Solution Consulting, pre-sales engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Skilled in Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint or SASE.
- Prior experience working with channel is required.
- Strong understanding of channel sales models.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent military experience.
