Full-Time Channel Systems Engineer 2 - Caribbean/Central America

• Serve as the primary technical leader for channel partners.
• Collaborate with partners to develop business plans aligned to strategic objectives.
• Provide technical pre-sales support, including product presentations and solution architecture design.
• Plan and drive technical training sessions for partners.
• Support partners with technical issues, acting as a liaison with technical support teams.
• Design and deliver customized solutions based on partner and customer needs.
• Stay updated on product roadmaps and industry trends.
• Assist in the development of channel enablement materials.
• Provide feedback on product improvements.
• Maintain records of partner interactions and sales pipeline.

• 6+ years in Partner Solution Consulting, pre-sales engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Skilled in Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint, or SASE.
• Experience with channel sales models and working with resellers and distributors.
• Experience selling, implementing, or managing SaaS offerings.
• Experience in complex sales with multiple buying centers.
• Experience architecting cybersecurity solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with product installations and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Track record of influencing stakeholders.
• Proficient in English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
