Your Career
As a Channel Systems Engineer, you will provide leadership and technical expertise to partners. You'll be a technical leader, supporting the sales and implementation of products.
Your Impact
- Serve as the primary technical leader for channel partners.
- Collaborate to develop business plans.
- Provide technical pre-sales support.
- Identify opportunities for new partnerships.
- Plan and drive technical training sessions.
- Support channel partners with technical issues.
- Design and deliver customized solutions.
- Stay updated on product roadmaps and industry trends.
- Assist in the development of channel enablement materials.
- Provide feedback on product improvements.
- Maintain records of partner interactions and sales pipeline.
Your Experience
- 6+ years in Partner Solution Consulting or a similar technical role
- Skilled in Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint or SASE.
- Prior experience working with channel is required.
- Strong understanding of channel sales models
- Experience selling, implementing, or managing SaaS offerings is strongly preferred
- Experience in complex sales is preferred.
- Prior experience architecting cybersecurity solutions is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on experience with product installations and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent military experience
