Full-Time Chargeback Business Analyst

The Chargeback Business Analyst plays a crucial role in managing, analyzing, and enhancing chargeback and showback processes. This role focuses on ensuring accurate cost allocation, high data quality, improved transparency, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

1. Develop, implement, and manage showback and chargeback processes.
2. Identify and implement process improvements for accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in chargeback processes.
3. Maintain compliance with data quality standards throughout all chargeback processes.
4. Support the Finops manager in implementing standards and governance frameworks.
5. Analyze and assess potential chargeback impacts from operational or functional changes.
6. Provide clear guidance and support to stakeholders to guarantee a comprehensive understanding of the chargeback/showback processes.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for chargeback inquiries, resolving issues proactively and fostering collaboration.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date chargeback documentation for processes, methodologies, and key metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial topics and analysis, chargeback processes, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of CMDB data models (legacy and cloud-based) and related services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in service-driven organizations or shared services is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or BI tools.
• Experience with Agile tools (Kanban, Scrum).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
