At CyberMaxx, we defend against cyberattacks, helping customers reduce risk through MDR with offensive security, threat hunting, and DFIR. Our MDR approach is tailored, enabling us to own the response process and manage security controls. We value humility, transparency, intellectual curiosity, and a customer-first approach.
The Chief Product Officer (CPO) drives the company’s product vision, strategy, and execution across our MDR platform and services. This leader will shape how our technology, threat intelligence, and human expertise converge to deliver cyber defense outcomes for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap.
- Leadership & Execution: Build and lead a high-performing product organization.
- Market Positioning & Growth: Define market segmentation, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Deeply understand customer pain points to drive user experience excellence.
- Metrics & Performance: Define and track product success metrics.
What We Are Looking for:
- 15+ years in product management or technology leadership, with 5+ years in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
- Deep understanding of MDR, SOC operations, SIEM/XDR, EDR, and threat intelligence.
- Proven success leading multi-product portfolios through rapid scaling.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field required.
