Job Details
Client Manager, supporting clients for informed business decisions with NIQ data and tools. A role focused on driving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Master NIQ tools and metrics to answer client business questions.
- Collaborate with CS Consultants for improved customer experience.
- Independently respond to client questions and build compelling analytical outlines using NIQ solutions.
- Present insights and recommendations using SCQA and AP frameworks.
- Identify and partner with AD to convert revenue leads.
- Remove roadblocks and lead by example for junior team members.
- Champion initiatives and guide peers within the business unit, meeting KPIs.
- Lead Thought Leadership Projects.
- Client briefings: Ensure briefing forms are completed accurately, both in-market and for Hubs. Ask probing questions to understand underlying issues. Guide and support junior members.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in the CPG industry or related fields.
- Experience with NIQ (or similar) analytics solutions, including POS/Panel Data.
- Proficiency in using NIQ data sources (RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra, etc.).
- Proficient in Discover, minimizing client concerns.
- Ability to coach others in data analysis and NIQ tools.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Digital savvy and quick learner.
- Masters's degree is a plus.
Compensation: $92,000 - $92,700 base salary. Possible incentives.
