Full-Time Client Manager - Retail Analytics

Client Manager Responsibilities:

Contribute to client satisfaction and team success.

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Train clients and internal users on applications.
• Identify opportunities for clients to use NIQ solutions.
• Ensure data quality in collaboration with the backend team.
• Train retailers on NIQ data and dashboard solutions.
• Lead clients in designing, selling, executing, and presenting analytic studies.
• Develop enduring relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Deliver proactive insights and action-oriented solutions.
• Drive account renewals and portfolio value.
• Identify collaborations and sales opportunities.

Experience and Skills:

• 4-8 years of experience in Retail/CPG/Manufacturing.
• Strong project management skills, positive client relationship management, and client issue resolution.
• Data analysis and story-telling skills.
• Proficiency in various software solutions (SQL, Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
• Strong communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
• Ability to sell NIQ solutions and drive client goals.
• Collaborative skills and a sense of urgency.

Education and Other:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• People management, training, and development experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Market-competitive salary ($76,500 - $100,000).
