This is a remote role, with approximately 35%+ required travel. You will reside in Central or Western United States.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain client relationships operationally, resolving issues, achieving goals, and delivering product enhancements aligning with client needs.
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with Sales, highlighting client successes and ROI, documenting action items and strategy.
- Proactively utilize the client community, promoting client adoption for support cases, knowledge, and product enhancements.
- Conduct on-site client workshops, analyzing workflow using our tools and recommending improvements.
Requirements:
- Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
- 35%+ required travel
- Familiarity with Experian Health products and services
- 4 years' experience as a Relationship Manager in healthcare IT/revenue cycle and managing multiple provider accounts
- Provider-based background recommended in PAS and PFS related roles
- 4+ years' expertise in Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle, Registration and backend billing
