This is a remote role, with approximately 35%+ required travel. You will reside in Central or Western United States.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain client relationships operationally, resolving issues, achieving goals, and delivering product enhancements aligning with client needs.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with Sales, highlighting client successes and ROI, documenting action items and strategy.
• Proactively utilize the client community, promoting client adoption for support cases, knowledge, and product enhancements.
• Conduct on-site client workshops, analyzing workflow using our tools and recommending improvements.

Requirements:

• Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
• 35%+ required travel
• Familiarity with Experian Health products and services
• 4 years' experience as a Relationship Manager in healthcare IT/revenue cycle and managing multiple provider accounts
• Provider-based background recommended in PAS and PFS related roles
• 4+ years' expertise in Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle, Registration and backend billing
