Compensation This is an independent contractor role and 100% commission-based. Earnings are performance-driven and uncapped.

We are seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join us as Client Support Specialists. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls with clients to provide information and guidance
- Set appointments with individuals who have expressed interest in benefits
- Deliver virtual presentations to explain available coverage and options
- Assist clients in choosing the right benefits to meet their needs
- Submit applications and ensure all eligibility requirements are met
- Track and report daily activities and client interactions
- Participate in ongoing training to develop new skills and expand product knowledge
