- Assesses feasibility of research protocols.
- Supervises clinical trials in accordance with ICH GCP.
- Monitors budget negotiations and research timelines.
- Manages Lead Coordinators, overseeing their work quality.
- Ensures continuous improvement and standardization of research processes.
- Creates a work culture promoting transparency and high performance.
- Manages team development through feedback and training.
- Provides performance evaluations.
- Supervises and participates in audits and inspections.
- Builds relationships with clients (sponsors, CROs).
- Supports network development by promoting the Milestone One brand.
Requirements:
- University degree in life sciences
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a leadership role at a CRO or SMO
- Fluent in local language, at least C1 level of English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and management skills
