Job Details
The Site Contract Specialist role includes:
- Facilitating negotiations of site agreements and budgets.
- Customizing and preparing agreements and organizing translations.
- Tracking the status of site agreement and budget negotiation.
- Preparing executable versions of site agreements and budgets.
- Filing executed site agreements in the Trial Master File.
- Updating concerned functions on the site contracting process.
Requirements:
- College or university degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the clinical research industry in the United States
- Knowledge of legal documents related to clinical trial sites and medical terminology is a plus.
