Job Details
Tenchi is looking for a Cloud Security Analyst to help clients understand product features and best practices for reducing cyber risk in cloud environments.
What will you do?
- Help clients understand product features and best practices.
- Perform routine operations to meet client requests.
- Diagnose product-related issues and work with technical support.
- Monitor the health of client environments.
- Work with the product team by providing customer feedback.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify needs and concerns.
- Track and report key metrics.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of client-facing resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or Information Security.
- Ability and interest in working consultatively.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with Cloud Security, programming, analytics, and information security tools.
- Advanced English is a mandatory requirement.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Experience with Python programming and task automation is a plus.
- Experience building and maintaining QuickSight, PowerBI, and other analytics dashboards is a plus.
