Full-Time Cloud Security Instructional Designer

The Cloud Security Instructional Designer will maintain and improve courseware to enable employees, customers, and partners to understand ServiceNow platform security.

Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduled updates for existing content (Articulate 360, Synthesia, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Develop engaging online content and recommend innovative development approaches.
• Ensure content development meets standards, brand guidelines, accessibility, quality, and sustainability.
• Participate in quarterly program reviews to support learning path development.
• Record changes to training content for an annual recertification program.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's impact.
• Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years of instructional design, adult learning, distance learning, or LMS content development experience.
• Experience with graphics, templates, icons, and multimedia in instructional design and eLearning.
• Experience with Articulate 360 or similar tools (bonus).
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and course development.
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to manage workload with strong collaboration, communication, and feedback skills.
• Strong team player and excellent communicator.
