- Promotions & Acquisition Analytics:Analyze existing and potential co-brand card promotions to assess ROI and recommend data-driven strategies. Support acquisition campaigns through performance tracking, targeting analysis, and optimization recommendations. Build and validate business cases for new initiatives.
- Customer Behavior Insights:Analyze cardholder spend patterns, travel booking behavior, and usage trends to identify growth opportunities. Develop insights into cardholder retention drivers and attrition risks.
- Network & Route Correlation Analysis:Examine the relationship between the number of available routes and cardholder engagement/spend to inform strategic decisions on network expansion and marketing focus.
- Ad Hoc Reporting & Analysis:Create and deliver on-demand reports and dashboards to answer critical business questions. Partner with cross-functional teams to support data needs for strategic initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the co-brand card program and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Identify trends and anomalies in program performance and present findings to leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred). 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in financial services, travel, or loyalty programs. Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools. Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques is a plus. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
