Autonomously manage the end-to-end process for the launch of a new commercial card product, focusing on expense management solutions and integrations with other platforms.
Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
Execute the product roadmap & customer-facing developments.
Manage discovery efforts to uncover solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
Own and prioritize the product backlog to support strategic enhancements.
Lead cross-functional sprint teams, including software engineers, UX designers, and developers.
Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics.
Act as a change agent by challenging legacy processes, educating team members on the benefits of commercial cards, and driving the advancement of card adoption.
Skills/Qualifications required:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial cards, focusing on commercial card products and expense management solutions.
- Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures for commercial card products.
- Strong understanding of digital tools, technologies, and trends.
- Experience with product development methodologies and tools (Agile, Jira, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, explaining technical terms to non-technical individuals.
- Intermediate Excel skills with strong attention to detail in data and spreadsheets.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively in team environments.
- Mid-level expertise in commercial business card product management.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage projects end-to-end.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Starting pay range: $65/hour - $70/hour
