Contractor Commercial Card Product Manager

Job Description:

Autonomously manage the end-to-end process for a new commercial card product launch, focusing on expense management and platform integrations.

Develop product strategy and vision.

Execute on the product roadmap and customer developments.

Manage discovery, integrating solutions into the roadmap.

Own and prioritize the product backlog.

Lead cross-functional sprint teams (engineers, designers, developers).

Establish and track key product success metrics.

Challenge legacy processes, educate team members on commercial cards, and drive card adoption.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years commercial card experience (focus on products and expense management).
• Understanding of commercial card Standard Operating Procedures.
• Strong understanding of digital tools, technologies, and trends.
• Experience with Agile, Jira, etc.
• Strong communication skills (explain technical terms).
• Intermediate Excel skills (strong attention to detail).
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate.
• Mid-level commercial business card product management expertise.
• Autonomous and end-to-end project management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
