Techo-Bloc is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to pursue hardscape projects in Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional landscaping applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage technological resources
- Embrace face-to-face relationship building
- Build brand awareness
- Host lunch and learns
- Facilitate educational sessions
- Visit commercial project sites
Essential Qualifications:
- Diligent, organized, and dedicated to long sales cycles
- Enjoy design, understand blueprints, and assist customers with hardscape products/systems knowledge (training provided)
- Preferred bilingual in Spanish and English
- Preferred background in Landscape Architecture
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience with CMD, Insight, or Dodge Reports
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong skills to deal with engineering and architect offices, municipalities, real estate developers, etc.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Capacity to manage the thorough sales process
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Autonomous, proactive, organized, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office suite) and CRM
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
- Valid passport for international travel
Travel Required:
Albany to Boston.
