About the RoleAs the Community Manager for SHx, you will be the face and voice of our token community, building strong connections and driving meaningful engagement. You'll create strategies to grow and energize the SHx ecosystem, fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and informed community across platforms like Discord, Twitter, and Telegram.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategies to foster engagement and growth within the SHx community.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the community.
- Create and distribute high-quality, engaging content (posts, newsletters, etc.)
- Facilitate transparent communication between the community and the internal team.
- Gather feedback from the SHx community and present actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the voice of the SHx community, advocating for their needs.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events (AMAs, webinars, etc.) to strengthen connections.
- Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on community growth.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in community management.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing online communities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and SHx (a plus).
- Deep understanding of online communities and community dynamics.
- Passion for building inclusive, engaged, and vibrant communities.
- Proactive, problem-solving approach with adaptability.
Compensation$100,000 - $125,000 a year
Additional InfoHybrid role in our San Francisco Office, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Fully remote otherwise.
