Full-Time Compensation Analyst

The Compensation Analyst is an integral part of H&H's Total Rewards team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, data collection, and analysis to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of pay practices.
• Review and analyze job duties to determine scope of work, including assessing and evaluating jobs for new positions, and requests for compensation increase/structure/grade/title changes.
• Provide analysis and counsel to management on compensation programs and initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate and implement process efficiencies.
• Examine compensation trends and develop recommendations supporting business initiatives.
• Assist in developing and implementing salary administration policies and variable pay plans (merit, incentives, bonuses, equity).
• Assist with annual merit increases and other projects.
• Compile salary survey submissions, perform job matching, maintain and administer market pay system, and ensure data accuracy and internal data validation.
• Audit data regularly.
• Act as the main contact for compensation matters, monitoring and answering queries.
• Maintain and update job description library and job data in HR systems.
• Maintain HR data tools integrity and perform regular audits.
• Coordinate and assist with HR projects and special assignments.
• Develop, analyze, and maintain complex Excel reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-6 years of related experience
• Knowledge of compensation principles and procedures
• Ability to identify underlying principles and complete assignments accurately
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and Google Sheet functions
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
