Compensation Analyst
About the Role:
Serve as the foundation for global compensation. Conduct external market pricing and prepare pricing analyses to determine structure mapping. Key contact for salary surveys. Support the creation of compensation communications and training materials.
Annual Compensation Processes:
- Support the annual Merit cycle, Corporate Bonus Plan, and Promotion cycle.
- Evaluate global salary structures, make adjustment recommendations.
- Configure and administer compensation processes within Zuora's pay software.
- Review proposed pay changes against budget and for parity across teams.
- Calculate and analyze bonus payments; review against budget.
Refinement of Zuora's Methodology:
Support the refinement of Zuora's methodology around benchmarking and salary structures, balancing external trends with internal constraints, leveraging technology where possible.
Adhoc Project Management:
- Include components of M&A integration and compensation related to the opening of new offices across the globe.
Policies & Procedures:
- Maintain policies and procedures and confirm governmental compliance.
Other Projects:
Work on other compensation-related projects as needed.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in global compensation analysis and administration (Americas, EMEA, and APAC). Passionate about data integrity and accuracy. Proficient in and a strong understanding of Excel or GoogleSheets, including formulas, charts, graphs, pivot tables and other advanced capabilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Workday experience a plus; Workday Advanced Compensation preferred.
- Experience with compensation tools such as PayFactors a plus.

- Strong knowledge of compensation related government regulations.
