We are seeking Compliance Assessment Support professionals to join our Digital Investigation & Discovery group. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the team. The ideal person will have a strong grasp of compliance methodologies, tools, and technologies, be flexible, and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks.
You will be an integral part of our innovative compliance initiatives, working closely with the Digital Investigation & Discovery group. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of high-profile projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement workflows to solve complex compliance-related challenges.
- Manage the implementation of compliance platforms (e.g., Global Relay, Telemessage, CellTrust, LeapXpert).
- Execute tasks involving the identification, organization, collection, processing, review, and production of electronic communications data.
- Prepare summaries, data visualizations, analyses, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Support the team in regulatory compliance matters.
- Oversee preparation and production of information for regulatory proceedings.
- Implement quality control measures throughout the compliance process.
- Stay up-to-date with compliance software, tools, and emerging technologies.
- Manage time and tasks efficiently, meeting client deadlines.
- Participate actively in internal and external meetings, providing valuable insights.
- Generate thorough documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Communicate with clients effectively to ensure timely task completion, establish project goals, and review costs.
- Lead efforts for high-quality client work across project teams.
- Support the document review lifecycle, utilizing various technologies to identify responsive documents and offer consulting services.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience within a financial services organization (IT, related compliance, manager/senior analyst level, or similar), or as an advisor/consultant to financial services firms.
- Specific experience with compliance platforms (Global Relay, Telemessage, CellTrust, LeapXpert).
- Experience implementing these tools/platforms within a financial services firm's IT infrastructure.
- Broad technical acumen (IT policies, email archiving, MDM tools, security settings).
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, eagerness for development, and motivation to succeed.
- Ability to confidently interact with senior team members and clients.
- Ability to learn new technologies and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant InfoSec experience or qualifications.
- Experience with FINRA or SEC-related regulatory requests.
Physical and Mental Job Qualifications:
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Comfortable working remotely and/or in a hybrid environment.
- Flexible to work outside of standard business hours.
