Ethena Labs is looking for a Compliance Operations Specialist to support the Compliance Manager and ensure internal processes meet regulatory expectations. The role involves onboarding, investor whitelisting, due diligence management, and blockchain investigations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Compliance Manager in daily operations.
- Manage investor and partner onboarding through Sumsub.
- Lead external compliance and due diligence requests.
- Develop the investor whitelisting process, including address collection, screening, and on-chain monitoring.
- Identify bottlenecks and streamline compliance processes.
Requirements:
- Hands-on crypto compliance experience (KYB, blockchain investigations, KYC/AML platforms).
- Understanding of corporate onboarding and complex structures.
- Knowledge of AML compliance and transaction monitoring.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage tasks in a globally distributed team.
- Technical proficiency with compliance tooling.
