Serves as primary point of contact for data quality.

• Ensures clients meet goals using best data practices.
• Leads new client implementations via data evaluation, analysis, transformation and load to set data best practices and data workshop requirements.
• Guides existing clients to keep data updated for success.
• Conducts strategy sessions, workshops and ongoing consultation aligned with Assent data standards and processes.
• Proactively monitors client data and systems to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Performs ad-hoc analysis, report development and troubleshooting.
• Maintains expertise in Assent products, features and roadmap to help clients maximize value.
• Develops documentation covering client data assets, processes and best practices.
• Delivers client presentations, trainings and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Manages client relationships and acts as point of contact for all data needs.
• Identifies process improvements, technical issues and makes recommendations.
• Proactively identifies data risks, assesses potential impacts, and collaborates with internal teams for mitigation strategies.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to enhance Assent data solutions and client experience.
