Full-Time Consulting Associate (Remote)

Consulting Associates execute analytical solutions by performing secondary data analysis, designing market research surveys, collaborating with third-party vendors, and leading market/demand modeling initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate hypotheses for preset issues.
• Structure approaches and timelines for responsibilities.
• Develop and execute data acquisition strategies.
• Build, clean, restructure, and validate project datasets.
• Demonstrate expertise in quantitative or qualitative analysis.
• Identify meaningful findings and insights.
• Prepare report outlines and conclusions.
• Contribute to recommendations.
• Create exhibits to support findings and write presentation sections.
• Lead internal discussions and present client presentations.
• Make substantive contributions with facts and techniques.
• Adhere to firm and client policies, including pharmacovigilance.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of analytical approaches.
• Experience with primary market research.
• Knowledge of biopharmaceutical data sources.
• Strong analytic and quantitative reasoning.
• Experience across functional areas.
• Knowledge of drug development and commercialization.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work on teams and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel macros, and statistical packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, STATA).
• Exposure to Big Data and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., SQL, Vertica, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Tableau).

Experience Requirements:

• Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field from a top institution.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in healthcare.
