Full-Time Consulting Director, Strategic Transformation (Unit 42)

Our leading consultancy seeks an experienced and innovative Technical Transformation Specialist to identify, craft and oversee high-impact transformation programmes across our most important EMEA clients. This role requires a trusted technical advisor who can bridge the gap between strategic vision and technical execution.

• Partnering with vCISOs, Unit 42 engagement leads, and client stakeholders to design and deliver transformation blueprints, platform adoption strategies, and pragmatic implementation roadmaps.
• Partnering with Unit 42 peers and client senior decision makers to influence transformation direction.

You bring a deep understanding of Palo Alto Networks technologies, especially Cortex and Prisma, and experience in applying them within large-scale transformation programmes. Your Impact:

• Embed into key Unit 42 client engagements to design and deliver security transformation roadmaps.
• Partner with vCISOs and engagement leads to translate high-level strategy into actionable, technical programmes.
• Identify opportunities for platform adoption, particularly across Cortex, Prisma, and NGFW portfolios.

Represent Unit 42 and Palo Alto Networks in technical workshops, industry roundtables, or conferences.Maintain expertise in AI, cloud security, Zero Trust, SOC transformation, and platformization strategies.Your Experience: Proven experience delivering large-scale security transformation programmes in enterprise environments. Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto Networks technologies, particularly Cortex and Prisma. Skilled communicator — able to engage confidently with both technical teams and senior executives.
