Role Overview: Senior-level consulting role focused on the day-to-day delivery of threat-led and technology-driven cybersecurity consulting services. Oversee a team of consultants and collaborate with sales and domain leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering consulting services ensuring consistency, quality, and customer service excellence.
• Conducting cybersecurity assessments and transformations for clients, delivering findings to CxOs and/or Board members.
• Generating leads, scoping engagements, and presenting consulting services with expertise and authority.
• Developing and executing strategy for Unit 42 practice, driving innovation in offerings.
• Managing the productivity and growth of a consulting team.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and supporting the professional growth of top talent.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to increase awareness of Unit 42 capabilities.
• Amplifying Unit 42's market presence through thought leadership (presentations, articles, etc.).

Experience Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting.
• 4+ years of experience with at least 9 areas of expertise, listed as separate roles within the description.
• Proven experience in managing teams of analysts.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience communicating with senior executives.
• Strong client relationship and management skills.
• Public speaking experience and strong writing abilities (reports, business communication, thought leadership).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
