Who We Are:Ethena Labs is at the forefront of the next wave of DeFi, building products for modern finance. Ethena is a synthetic dollar protocol built on Ethereum, providing a crypto-native solution for money (USDe) and a globally accessible dollar savings asset (sUSDe). Our mission is to create truly crypto-native financial solutions that are globally accessible and bridge TradFi and the digital asset economy. What we are Doing:Ethena Labs is building groundbreaking products. Our flagship product, USDe, is a synthetic dollar backed by digital assets, using a delta-neutral hedging strategy to maintain its peg. We also offer sUSDe, providing crypto-native rewards from derivatives markets. We are developing solutions for institutional adoption of digital assets, such as USDtb (asset-backed stablecoin) and iUSDe (for traditional financial institutions). Our most ambitious undertaking is Converge, a hybrid blockchain initiative with Securitize, designed to be the nexus where DeFi meets CeFi and TradFi. Converge will be a primary issuance layer for tokenized assets.
The RoleAs the Content and Community Lead, you'll shape Ethena's public brand and persona. You'll improve community engagement, drive product adoption, and be Ethena's primary community voice. This role oversees all aspects of social media strategy, content creation, community engagement, and public communications.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Improve Ethena's visibility on social platforms.
- Continuously create engaging content highlighting products, partnerships, and growth metrics.
- Work with designers to enhance branding.
- Maintain content libraries, calendars, and pipelines for various teams.
- Participate in the Converge initiative, attracting new projects and users.
- Mentor ecosystem teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Build an industry-leading community through events and social media engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Deep social media marketing experience in crypto (especially X/Twitter).
- Strong understanding of crypto, DeFi, and regulatory considerations.
- Proven success in driving brand growth, user acquisition, and community engagement in Web3.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Figma.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
