Responsibilities:

• Execute on existing SEO strategy to increase website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and inform keyword strategy.
• Own the entire blog process: writing titles, content, and publishing.
• Create and maintain content calendar.
• Track and report on blog performance.
• Manage backlink building strategy.
• Update old blog posts for accuracy and performance.
• Nice to have: Familiar with AI search, experience with pSEO.

Capabilities:

• Excellent writing skills for specific target audiences.
• Strong conceptual and critical thinking.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Accurately and concisely summarize complex information.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and pivoting quickly.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in Content Marketing.
• Proven ability to proofread, draft, and edit.
• Experience working at an early-stage startup, or eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong connection with the company's mission.

Compensation: $40/hour, depending on experience. Part-time initially with potential to increase to 40 hours per week.
