About this Position
Join a dynamic Talent Solutions team supporting self-serve digital customer onboarding and product updates through the WalkMe platform. In this role, you’ll create and manage in-product guidance content that enhances the user experience while aligning with brand standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams while contributing to an evolving, customer-first digital program.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, create, edit, and publish in-product content for WalkMe.
- Test content usability and functionality, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering and WalkMe support.
- Maintain and update content throughout its lifecycle.
- Gather requirements and align deliverables with internal teams and program timelines.
- Track and report key performance metrics while identifying opportunities for improvements.
Job Skills/Requirements
- 3+ years of content strategy, content writing, or instructional design experience.
- Experience working with WalkMe or a similar program.
- Strong writing, editing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage projects independently, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with storyboarding or visual content planning techniques is a plus.
- Experience with Github is a bonus.
