As a core member of our Health & Nutrition team, you'll design and develop engaging, science-backed content for our English-speaking audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development & Strategy: Collaborate with leadership and clinical experts to define program objectives, target metrics, and user outcomes. Analyze member feedback, performance data, and industry trends to refine content roadmaps.
- Content Creation & Quality Control: Research and write clear, compelling text modules. Ensure each lesson aligns with our evidence-informed philosophy, citing high-quality sources and clinical guidelines.
- Multimedia Coordination: Develop concise scripts and storyboards for instructional videos. Liaise with freelancers.
- Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain a dedicated home office, track work hours, maintain a project calendar, and work closely with the team to implement content on the digital platform.
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's in Nutritional Science, Dietetics, Public Health, Biology, or related field.
Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of health & wellness principles.
Writing & Editing Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication in English.
Project Management: Proven ability to juggle multiple deliverables.
Tech Savviness: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), basic HTML/Markdown, and collaboration tools.
Self-Starter & Team Player: Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for Prevention: Deep interest in helping members 'Own Their Health'.
Home-Office & Time Management: Maintain a consistent, dedicated home office.
