A Content Writer provides customers with consistent, relevant, and valuable content experiences. They sustain products, ensuring accurate customer communications and product content updates. This includes in-app communications for product releases, regulatory changes, and product sunsets.
Responsibilities:
- Writing UI content for sustaining product updates (dialog boxes, microcopy, ghost text, labels, button copy, toast/snackbar messages)
- Creating customer assessments and forms using a CMS and writing in XML format
- Managing content release calendar and technical help files
- Overseeing Help Center, Resource Hub, and Help File build process (QA, deployment, release)
