Contractor Corporate Tax Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Tax Accountant to join our team.

You will be responsible for:

1. Preparing federal and state corporate tax returns
2. Calculating book-tax differences
3. State apportionment calculations
4. Assisting with annual tax provision calculations
5. Handling quarterly estimates and annual extension calculations
6. Preparing account reconciliations
7. Responding to state tax notices
8. Providing support on various tax projects

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline
• 2+ years of corporate tax experience, including multistate tax return preparation
• Proficient in MS Excel, including advanced skills (e.g., v-lookups, pivot tables)

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with CorpTax
• Experience using SAP and/or Oracle
