Job Details

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Travel Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, booking, and managing travel for employees, ensuring compliance with policies and optimizing cost efficiency.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Manage bookings in the Amadeus system, ensuring compliance and budget guidelines.
  • Maintain employee travel profiles and update regularly.
  • Monitor travel queues and communicate changes to travelers.
  • Resolve booking discrepancies and verify travel invoices.
  • Negotiate contracts with preferred travel vendors.
  • Support international travelers with logistics.
  • Analyze cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist with special projects.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Amadeus is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a corporate travel environment is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of corporate travel policies and compliance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
