- Support the Reservations Manager.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Assist in maintaining and improving reservations operations for accuracy in guest reservations.
- Maximize revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor daily arrivals and communicate guest requests.
- Manage inventory, including allotments, groups blocks, and rate codes.
- Assist with up-selling and optimize distribution channels.
- Familiar with hotel operations technology (PMS & RMS).
- Understand regional & local market dynamics.
Reporting to Reservations Manager.
