Credentialing Analyst investigates potential subscribers to prevent fraudulent use and ensure compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act. Obtains supporting documentation for due diligence, compliance, legal use, permissible purpose, financial stability, and other applicant-related issues.
Educates potential and new external clients about permissible purposes, appropriate use, and credit report access privileges.
Updates Salesforce and Mainframe accounts, and reviews business reports.
Handles special projects, tasks, and process improvements.
Provides setup assistance to customers.
Required Qualifications:
- High-school Diploma
- Excel (complex spreadsheet maintenance)
- English fluency
- 1+ year of fraud and/or investigations experience
- Salesforce knowledge
