Job Details
This position makes decisions and recommendations for approval of potential clients and ongoing audits on existing clients.
Credentialing Analyst investigates potential subscribers to eliminate the possibility of fraudulent use and ensures compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act rules and regulations.
Obtains supporting documentation for due diligence, compliance, legal use, permissible purpose, financial stability, and other issues pertinent to the applicant and/or Experian.
Educates potential and new external clients on permissible purpose, appropriate use, and rules regarding the privilege of accessing credit reports and reporting credit information.
Updates Salesforce and Mainframe accounts and accesses appropriate business reports for review.
Responsible for special projects, tasks, and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (High-school Diploma)
- Excel Intermediate Level
- English fluency (excellent written and verbal communication)
- At least 1 year of fraud and/or investigations experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data information with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid sense of urgency and extremely detailed under tight timelines
- Salesforce knowledge
- Fraud investigations experience
- Web query experience
