Credentialing Analyst investigates potential subscribers to ensure compliance and eliminate fraudulent use, adhering to Fair Credit Reporting Act and Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act.
Obtains supporting documentation for due diligence, compliance, legal use, permissible purpose, financial stability, and other applicant issues.
Educates potential and new clients about permissible purpose, appropriate use, and credit reporting rules.
Updates Salesforce and Mainframe accounts, and reviews business reports.
Handles special projects, tasks, and process improvements.
Provides setup assistance to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (High-school Diploma)
- Strong Excel skills (complex spreadsheet management)
- English fluency
- 1+ year fraud and/or investigations experience
- Salesforce knowledge
- Web/query experience
