We are seeking a new Credit Controller to join our Global Accounts Receivable Team, within our Finance Operations function, for 12 months from start date.
Based either at our headquarters in Dundee or working remotely, you will liaise and engage with internal and external customers, delivering effective credit management to Insights’ office throughout the world.
You'll be responsible for:
- Processing and raising sales invoices daily.
- Working with other parts of the Insights business (e.g., Client Services) to ensure effective order entry through to billing.
- Maintaining accurate client records and reconciling payments against invoices.
- Developing relationships with business customers for smooth account running and timely payments.
- Resolving issues with internal and external customers in line with Insights policy.
Required skills and experience include:
- Credit management experience, particularly in a B2B environment.
- Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ownership of responsibilities, accountability for actions, and fostering trust/reliability.
- Initiative to involve experienced colleagues when necessary.
- Confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Focus and composure when handling multiple demands.
