CRM Solutions Architect will report to the Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture and join our CRM team. You will focus on developing personalized, cross-channel solutions, integrating data, business rules, and ML models across touchpoints, and delivering a dynamic, relevant customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution workshops and develop detailed business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end architecture for all CRM related systems and integrations.
- Identify and manage technical debt, recommending scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Guide collaboration and understanding across teams, translating strategic vision into capability models and solution design approaches presentable to business and technical teams.
- Develop data models, data transformations, data structures, data flows, and process flows.
- Design and develop data, process, and software solutions that integrate with Experian Consumer Services (ECS) marketing and ad technology stack.
- Establish and publish reference architectures, data standards, and solution guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers, data engineers, product, and marketing teams for end-to-end solution design and implementation.
- Present solution designs, including implementation cost/effort and benefit estimates.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making and solution architecture are informed by analytics, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct build vs buy assessments, develop cost/benefit analysis, and present solution approach options.
- Design solutions to increase automation and performance of CRM activities that further the use of ML models/data-driven customer communications.
- Evaluate the latest CRM marketing technologies and services and lead industry development presentations.
- Prototype and integrate tools into the existing Marketing Tech stack and lead the adoption of tools.
- Accommodate Pacific workday hours. Participate in an on-call rotation.
