As a Onepilot agent, you're a freelance responsible for assisting our clients' consumers with their issues.
After completing e-learning training on your clients, you'll have access to a knowledge base to effectively respond to client requests via email, chat, or call.
You work from home and are paid per ticket solved. Ticket price depends on complexity and location, ranging from £0.40 to £2. Average earnings are £15 per hour.
You must be comfortable with new technologies, enjoy problem-solving, be curious and dynamic, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum Availability: 20 hours/week.
