As a Onepilot agent, you're a freelance responsible for assisting clients' consumers with their issues.
After completing e-learning on your customers, access a knowledge base. Onepilot technology and this knowledge base enable effective response to client requests via email, chat, or call.
Work from home, paid per solved ticket. Ticket price varies based on complexity and location, £0.40 to £2. Average agent earnings are £15 per hour.
Skills Required:

- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week
