What will you do: Assists Clients and Customers with orders, inquiries, requests, problem resolution, and comments/feedback regarding products/services. Consults with Clients to identify additional needs. Recommends appropriate products/services/solutions. Works on assigned client programs. Performs duties courteously, efficiently, and professionally. Meets company and client goals.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound/Outbound call segment responsibilities based on assignment.
- Completes new Specialist training.
- Enters and processes orders.
- Processes cancel/change requests.
- Requests reprints/credits.
- Ensures customer information security.
- Provides product/service education and support.
- Probes to identify customer needs.
- Offers appropriate products/services/solutions.
- Utilizes resources for accurate data entry and customer service.
- Completes necessary follow-up steps for each call.
- Maintains accurate call records.
- Makes outbound calls to meet assigned call segment goals.
- Provides basic customer support, escalating complex issues to a Supervisor.
- Maintains professional appearance and a quality work environment adhering to safety/security policies.
- Limited eligibility for off-phone activities (special assignments/team roles based on Supervisor's discretion).
- Works within a team environment.
- Monitors performance tracking data and contributes to Individual Development Plans.
