What will you do: Assists Clients and Customers with orders, inquiries, requests, problem resolution, and feedback regarding products/services via telephone, email, or chat. Consults with Clients to identify additional needs. Recommends appropriate products/services/solutions. Works on assigned client programs. Maintains a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. Meets company and client performance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Completes initial Specialist training, and all required learning and ongoing training.
- Enters and processes orders.
- Processes cancel/change requests.
- Requests reprints/credits.
- Ensures customer information security and privacy.
- Provides education and support regarding products/services.
- Probes to identify customer needs.
- Offers appropriate products, services, and solutions.
- Utilizes resources for accurate data entry and customer service.
- Ensures proper call follow-through steps.
- Maintains complete and accurate call activity records.
- Makes outbound calls to achieve call segment goals.
- Provides basic customer support; escalates complex issues to Supervisor.
- Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to safety/security policies.
- Participates in off-phone assignments/team roles (as needed).
- Works within a team to support team and Center objectives.
- Monitors performance tracking data and contributes to Individual Development Plans.
Skills/Experience:
- HS Diploma/GED required
- Bilingual - Fluent in English & Spanish
- 0-2 years previous customer service, banking, or retail experience (helpful)
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to learn required information and ongoing training
