What will you do: Assist clients and customers via telephone, email, or chat with orders, inquiries, requests, problem resolution, and feedback regarding products/services. Consult with clients to identify additional needs. Recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions. Work on assigned client programs. Perform duties in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. Meet company and client goals.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound/outbound call segment based on assignment.
- Complete initial Specialist training.
- Enter & process orders.
- Process cancel/change requests.
- Request reprints/credits.
- Ensure customer security and privacy.
- Provide product/service education and support.
- Identify customer needs.
- Offer appropriate products/services/solutions.
- Utilize resources for accurate data entry and customer service.
- Ensure proper follow-through for each call.
- Maintain complete and accurate call records.
- Make outbound calls to meet call segment goals.
- Provide basic customer support, escalating advanced problems.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to safety/security policies.
- Perform special assignments/team roles (limited).
- Work within a team environment.
- Monitor individual performance tracking and input for Individual Development Plans (IDP).
Skills & Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) - Fluent.
- 0-2 years of previous customer service, banking, or retail experience (preferred).
- Strong multitasking ability.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to learn required information and ongoing training.
