Job Details

What will you do: Assist clients and customers via telephone, email, or chat with orders, inquiries, requests, problem resolution, and feedback regarding products/services. Consult with clients to identify additional needs. Recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions. Work on assigned client programs. Perform duties in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. Meet company and client goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Inbound/outbound call segment based on assignment.
  2. Complete initial Specialist training.
  3. Enter & process orders.
  4. Process cancel/change requests.
  5. Request reprints/credits.
  6. Ensure customer security and privacy.
  7. Provide product/service education and support.
  8. Identify customer needs.
  9. Offer appropriate products/services/solutions.
  10. Utilize resources for accurate data entry and customer service.
  11. Ensure proper follow-through for each call.
  12. Maintain complete and accurate call records.
  13. Make outbound calls to meet call segment goals.
  14. Provide basic customer support, escalating advanced problems.
  15. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to safety/security policies.
  16. Perform special assignments/team roles (limited).
  17. Work within a team environment.
  18. Monitor individual performance tracking and input for Individual Development Plans (IDP).

Skills & Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) - Fluent.
  • 0-2 years of previous customer service, banking, or retail experience (preferred).
  • Strong multitasking ability.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to learn required information and ongoing training.
