Your mission at IntegriChain:IntegriChain seeks a polished, data-savvy, detail-oriented professional to support customers implementing or using our software solutions.
This customer-facing role drives communication between corporate (small to mid-tier) customers and IntegriChain, and supports enterprise (large) accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support to customers, resolving data questions and issues.
- Support regular customer business reviews (corporate accounts).
- Analyze IntegriChain and customer performance data.
- Support process flow analysis and redesign.
- Understand customer needs, explain IntegriChain value, and drive product usage.
- Document, train, and update processes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, and QA teams.
- Create project plans for custom requests and enhancements.
- Define, document, and gain customer approval for new reports.
- Evaluate new technologies and process changes.
- Support the Base Data team.
- Propose process improvements.
Success Metrics:
- Create cross-functional solutions to customer issues.
- Document manual processes for automation.
- Document customer implementation and support.
- Develop knowledge of IntegriChain products within 3 months.
- Develop expertise in pharmaceutical data and IntegriChain's data pipeline.
- Develop expertise in one IntegriChain value-add product within 6 months.
- Increase customer product usage.
- Complete technical requirements training.
- Perform regular customer training demos.
Qualifications:
- Data analysis, business intelligence, visualization, or data modeling experience.
- Understanding of SaaS-based solutions (preferred).
- Hands-on analytics experience (preferred, especially in pharmaceutical industry).
- Presentation and customer-facing discussion experience (preferred).
