Job Details
The Unit 42 MDR team is seeking a Customer Focus Analyst to be the primary communication link between MDR analysts and customers. You will bridge the gap between incident response and customer understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding activities for new customers.
- Monitor incoming customer communication and triage issues.
- Answer technical questions about reports, alerts, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with MDR analysts to address customer questions about incidents or threats.
- Ensure timely updates and alignment on next steps during incidents.
- Drive consistency and quality in external incident and threat intelligence communication.
- Escalate customer issues internally across Product, Engineering, and Unit 42.
