Customer Integration Data Transformation Specialist
The Customer Success function is a cornerstone of NIQ Brandbank, playing a crucial role in customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
Job Purpose: The Client Integration Data Transformation Specialist supports successful deployment of new & updated services by managing standard & custom data feeds, creating custom Excel extracts & integrating with GS1 data platforms. Ensures seamless data transformation & integration processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in delivering bespoke integrations (client-specific or GDSN).
- Support data mapping, testing, & deployment.
- Meet project milestones & adhere to client specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers for timely & successful project delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of Nielsen Brandbank and local GDSN data models & capture rules.
- Work with consultants & developers to create patches & changes for bespoke data outputs.
- Build out data transformation logic ensuring data accuracy.
- Identify test scenarios & create test data for validation.
- Ensure data quality throughout the transformation process.
- Provide consultancy to suppliers & retailers for data relevance & quality.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders (project managers, clients, internal teams).
